BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council do hereby approve the agenda as amended.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council do hereby adopt the minutes of the Regular Meeting of Council held on August 10, 2022 and Special Meeting of Council held on August 10, 2022 as circulated.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council now hold a Public Meeting under The Planning Act regarding the following: B04-2022 294146 8 th Line (Concession 8 East Part Lot 13) Z12-2022 294146 8 th Line (Concession 8 East Part Lot 13)

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council do now adjourn the Public Meeting held under The Planning Act and resume regular business.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council remove the condition #3 that an Agricultural Impact Assessment be conducted to the satisfaction of the Township for application B20-2021 and B19-2021.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: An extension of three years of the Draft Plan of Subdivision for Centurian Homes Subdivision (22T-96001) is hereby approved. The expiry date is October 2, 2025.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The Court of Revision be set for Wednesday October 5 th , 2022, at 10:30 a.m. and Councillor Niedzwiecki, Councillor Foster and Councillor Little be designated to sit as members of the Court. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT: Council direct the Engineer to call tenders for the construction of the Walker Drainage Works Repair and Improvement, 2022. Tenders to close Monday October 3 rd , 2022, at 4:00 p.m.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: THAT Report to Council 2022-051 be received, and; THAT the petition for drainage signed by Neil & Freda Verstegen and Dahatu Investments Inc., submitted under the authority of Section 4 of the Drainage Act be accepted; and THAT the Clerk be directed to send notification of this decision to the petitioners, the Grand River Conservation Authority and the Ministry of Northern Development, Mines, Natural Resources and Forestry; and further THAT R. J. Burnside & Associates Limited be appointed under Section 8 of the Drainage Act to prepare a report in response to this petition.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: An extension of three years of the Draft Plan of Subdivision S1-15 for Seven Development (485471 Amaranth) Inc. is hereby approved. The expiry date is December 11, 2025.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: That Report to Council 2022-050 be received for information and Council acknowledge and authorize the absence of Mayor Currie from council meetings.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council move to a Closed Meeting pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001 , as amended, for the following reasons: Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees Advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council do now rise and report from Closed Meeting.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Leave be given to introduce a by-law to provide for the construction of the Walker Drainage Works Repair and Improvement, 2022 be given first and second reading only

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Leave be given to introduce a by-law to authorize the execution of a Subdivision (Comprehensive) Agreement between Cachet Summerhill Homes (Amaranth) Inc. and The Corporation of the Township of Amaranth and that it be given the necessary readings and be passed and numbered as the next sequential number.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Leave be given to introduce a by-law to confirm the Regular Meeting of Council of the Township of Amaranth for September 7, 2022; and that it be given the necessary readings and be passed and numbered as the next sequential number.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council do now adjourn to meet again for the Regular Meeting of Council on Wednesday September 21, 2022 at 6:00 pm. or at the call of the Mayor.
