BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council do hereby approve the agenda as circulated.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Consent Application B03-2022 and Zoning by-law amendment application Z11-2022 for Jamie Lundy regarding East Part Lot 29, Concession 8, municipally known as 295546 8th Line BE DENIED as the proposed lot configuration does not meet zoning by-law lot frontage requirements.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council accept memo to Council 2022-028 and direct staff to hire a surveyor at a cost of approximately $2500.00 to survey Richardson Drive.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council receive the Report to Council 2022-046 AND FURTHER THAT the Engineer’s Report entitled “Walker Drainage Works Repair and Improvement, 2022”, dated August 2nd, 2022 be hereby received and that the date and time for the Consideration of the Report be set for September 7th, 2022 at 10:30 am. AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to: Prepare a notice of Consideration of the Report that circulates the report to the affected owners and agencies pursuant to Section 41 of the Drainage Act, Prepare a draft By-law to implement the work, and Prepare a Notice setting the date and time for the sitting of the Court of Revision.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: The following Bills and Accounts be approved for payment : General $ 198,377.98 Roads $ 101,749.11

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council receive Report to Council 2022-044 on ‘Outstanding Capital Funding owed to Shelburne Fire Dept. & CDRC’ and direct staff to issue the payments owing to the Town of Shelburne.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council move to a Closed Meeting pursuant to Section 239 of the Municipal Act, 2001 , as amended, for the following reasons: Third-party information supplied in confidence to the municipality

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council do now rise and report from Closed Meeting.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Leave be given to introduce a by-law to authorize the execution of a site plan agreement between Holmes Agro Limited and the Corporation of the Township of Amaranth; and that it be given the necessary readings and be passed and numbered as the next sequential number.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Leave be given to introduce a by-law to authorize the execution of a subdivision pre-servicing agreement between Seven Developments (485471 Amaranth) Inc and the Corporation of the Township of Amaranth; and that it be given the necessary readings and be passed and numbered as the next sequential number.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Leave be given to introduce a by-law to amend the zoning by-law 2-2009 as amended for East Part Lot 25, concession 9 as in MF223362 being 255286 9 th Line application number Z10-2022 to permit a temporary secondary dwelling (mobile home) on the property; and that it be given the necessary readings and be passed and numbered as the next sequential number.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Leave be given to introduce a by-law to confirm appointment of treasurer; and that it be given the necessary readings and be passed and numbered as the next sequential number.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Leave be given to introduce a by-law to confirm the Regular Meeting of Council of the Township of Amaranth for August 10, 2022; and that it be given the necessary readings and be passed and numbered as the next sequential number.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council do now adjourn to meet again for the Regular Meeting of Council on Wednesday September 7, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. or at the call of the Mayor.
