BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Council support providing Notice that the Holding Provision on OP Trust 6 lands be reviewed on September 6, 2023 pending receipt of outstanding items as listed in By-Law 17-2014 as set out in paragraph section 10 subsection iv to the satisfaction of the Township. Council encourage staff, legal and engineering to proceed to work towards execution of the Site Plan Agreement for OP Trust 6 lands.
