BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Report to Council 2023-058 be received as information; and Whereas Council is committed to ensuring the safety of its residents and reducing traffic-related incidents; and Whereas Council has not allocated sufficient funds in the budget for the acquisition of the Black Cat System in the 2023 Budget; Therefore Be It Resolved That Council approves and authorizes staff to proceed with the procurement of the Black Cat System at a cost of $5,085.06, which amount is outside of the approved budget.
